As much great work Wylie and others done in previous years.. he’s levelled it it up wi damage since he left by encouraging people to pull out of the lottery, telling sponsors to cancel there sponsorship boards, discouraged people tae take out hospitality and spend money within the club.. Not to mention the constant shite he’s spoke on here putting the club down every chance he gets. If he thinks that’ll be forgotten aboot then he’s deluded.. guy should be banned fae recreation park and if he comes back tae be involved wi the club , they’ll lose alot of supporters and committee members.

Don’t let him put you off ae coming. He disny represent Darvel or the rest of the support. He is purposely tryin tae slag talbot off for wit reason I do not know. You have the best support In not only the ‘juniors’ but wid put a lot of league 1 n 2 clubs to shame aswell regardless of who rangers n Celtic play. Hopefully the game beats the weather on Saturday and we can all witness a good game of football.

No am an ex committe member who has seen the damage a so called ‘Darvel legend’ has tried to do to the club since leaving. If it wis up tae me I would ban him from the club. A don’t have a problem with people questioning things n trying to help? But take it to the committee and try tae help them, they are all human and the more we pull together as a toon and club then the better for everyone. You seem like you care about the club why don’t you come forward to help out and give your opinion on where it can be better? i 100% agree with you regarding the 20’s and galston youth teams being the future. Hopefully we can now start to see this come into place.

Why would you be invited along tae it? You do nothin in any way shape or form to help the club. In fact you do the opposite. Encourage people not to spend money in the club and speak negatively ony opportunity you get. So why the hell would the club think tae invite you? The club is better off without ye you are poison as is your wee fan boy.

Spot on. Always needs tae get a bitter negative comment in. Especially when things are positive again within the club he needs to try bring them down. All because he’s nothing to do with the club and has no say wit happens doon the brae.. thankfully for all us Darvel fans as none of the guys I go to games with can stand the guy or his bum chum. What a lot of nonsense you have just spouted!! My point was you slandering a local business who put a lot of money into football in the area including youth clubs and not to forget charities. If you have issues with the company take it up with them direct not on an anonymous forum. as for paddy yes agreed a great guy, but he was hardly shafted. for a club you dislike so much you spend a lot of time and effort with your long messages on their forum, majority of which couldn’t be further from the truth. enjoy your day

Ask the players from over the last 10 years what they think of DL, you’ll be in for a shock. He isn’t a well liked guy in Darvel out with his small group of ‘pals’.

100% agree . The committee have as much a say at the club as the chairman.. but don’t tell DL and his chum Colin as it doesn’t suit their agenda .. btw do you know the club have blocked him off social media, don’t think he’s mentioned it on here ? Couple o twats , sooner the club ban the both of them from rec park the better.
