Been to a few of the games this season to watch the reserves and 20s and seen a few of those out on loan. theres a decent level of player there. Oram and Kennedy probably pick of the bunch despite Oram’s injury this season. Peter Mendy seems to have done well at Lochar Thistle too.

Would say that I suspect it’ll be 14-15 good players on a decent wage, supplemented by the talented reserves players - and there are a few of them. So even if the overall budget is less, chances are the players that are senior first teamers will be earning better.
