Good bit of business by GN however Stirling hasn't had a proper chance and when he has played has been dropped the following week for no apparent reason yet others in his position who underperform week in week out still start baffling. However that said welcome back dom thought he was really impressive last season so hopefully can kick on again.

What I would say re the rankin debate is that he really is an important player for us in there his organisation is superb at times and was badly missed in the TNS game. Faddy is just unlucky we have dobbie as a think it might have worked out a squad this small can't afford 2 luxury players. What about Stirling what has he done that he can't get on any time I see him he looks OK yet he's getting a very raw deal imo

Apart from mercer you can't argue with his signings since he came in was saying this just the other week and he's got our defence looking really quite good. What a bloody fabulous result today magnificent
