Incredible achievement, congratulations Falkirk!
I really wish this is the man himself and not an imposter, it would mean a lot for the team to be recognised by other pros for their achievement.

I want to be first to say well done to the young team for changing what was often a dour, whingey, greeting faced fan experience into a stadium and match day with a great atmoshpere. I don't think anyone should overlook what difference their effort has made to the club, team and for the other fans.

I know it is third tier but it is the style that i like. I have always loved an attacking team and at times this season the pace and style has been unplayable. Calvin Miller has caused defences big headaches as they dont know what do do with him on one side and Morrison on the other.
but is it really better than when we had Coyle, Miller and Samuels as out front 3. Now that was a team. I'd even put those 3 in front of Cadette, Crunchie and Drinkell from the 92/93 season (and yes, I had to look that up)

A new biodegradable limitless energy source has been discovered in Falkirk. Scientists say "'Nervous energy' may be the answer for all our needs, whilst we have been aware of its presence for a few months energy levels have spiked recently, we just need to work out how to contain it and preferably remove the smell...!"

I'm going out on a limb. I liked Pressley, he had a raw deal with the budget being smashed and the mess the club was in after Yogi took us down. I'm ignoring that Disco pants was between Yogi and Pressley as Eddie clearly did not want the role and we lost a great coach in the process. Also consider that Pressley had no management experience and did he really do such a bad job? (Limb about to be sawn in half I fear)
and to be clear, Paul Sheerin was way worse than Pressley bit in terms of THE WORST and considering his experience it had got to be the pigeon man John Lambie. He'd make PSG look like the Shire in 2 weeks

Hearing that 750 season tickets have been sold already. That's bloody good going, if it's true.
3 from the Pancakes and that includes the additional monies. That and the 3 squares of the pitch and the FFS subscription and the heritage tops, training tops, home and away strips, scarves, hats etc and it's been a bloody expensive year to be a Bairn

The great Wullie Cunningham was my first hero manager.
I would have been at games as a young Bairn with Willie Cunningham as the manager but I'm now to old to remember

Away teams should always get a sensible allocation, no exceptions. Those Alloa fans will have their reasons for coming and they should be able to do so.

Immortality awaits, and if we achieve it then by 5pm 43000 Falkirk fans will have been at the Stadium on the day to see it happen. (according to the stories being told in the pubs and clubs that night)

this was the very first post on this thread. The general response was of agreement. At least we know how the Accies fans are feeling at the moment.

A truly horrible evening for a couple of bald frauds. Delightful.
I'm glad Man City got put out, they're like watching paint dry, 120mins where practically nothing happens as they inch toward goal with 100 passes at a time. Dull as f*ck to watch.

Fantastic. My only regret is that he didn't score, depriving us of a full-blown Adebayor celebration.
If we get him again next season, where does Hendo fit into the plans? Wouldn't mind seeing Tait given the number 10 role and alternating with Nizzy, personally.
the better the quality in the squad the better and yhe more of it even better still. More choice let's us rest players so in the case we got to the play offs (for the Prem that is) we have less chance of blowing out our asses come the 4th, 5th and 6th games like we have in the past.

Interesting board update. ST prices frozen but option to contribute more, and news on the academy patron scheme.
I know they promised to freeze prices but this is going to bite the club in the bum. If for eg we get promotion next season (just a scenario) the jump in price to compete in that league will need to be huge due to the club keeping ST prices so low for so long.
Yes, there is an option to contribute more but is this really a good way to go?

3 chickens to go (not that I'm counting my chickens).
Yesterday's performance against Accies was as good as any this season. Well done to the lads and the fans who were equally as fantastic.

Morrison for POTY is like Messi getting the balloon door, an obvious choice on his goals scored plus assists. I still think Hendo in midfield has been the difference though.

McIver's a striker, no one sets a squad and says 'don't worry about defence, we have a striker who can cover'.
Also , as mucb ad Mackie had been brilliant in the last few games he has a faulty 'kill switch' and can be really unpredictable in key moments.
Everything has to be considered in the terms of the Championship being a real step up and we can't cobble players into positions tor nor have quality cover for the standard of the league you're in
