July I think, but the original date had already been extended till then.

You're probably right, but. as you and several others have pointed out, Livi had rather a lot going on at that time,

Or had you forgotten?

Or were you just trying to score another cheap point?

Not that the people who post on this thread would ever do such a thing........

I think the year runs July, August, September, October, November? How many days/months have they been in control?

August/September.

The Lunatic was rather loathe to leave the asylum, so the new owner/s would not have much chance to get the accounts in.

But, of course, this reply doesn't suit your agenda.

No agenda, it's not the offence more the circumstance. Loads of companies file late (for various reasons, not all bad) and pay the fines. Generally however the management aren't singing from the rooftops about how bad the last lot were and how they are going to be different. Still the fine is only £1650 of revenue based on the 99p in the £ model.

Is there a Kelty Hearts thread that I can troll on? :D

Does the 95 in your username refer to the percentage of Livi debt written off this time round? :P

And you said previously you have no agenda against Livi

It's there for everyone to see.

Indeed it is. At least Duncan Freemason has a legit reason for being pissed off. This fanny has been here since the start and has posted only about us and in other finance related threads.

Every single person in Scotland who pays tax has a legit reason to be pissed of at Livi's financial shennanigans. And leave the personal insults out of it.:angry:
