Platinum membership emails

OK so I got an email on Friday to notify me that my Platinum membership was about to expire. Fine.

Today I received this email;

Strange I thought as I couldn't remember signing up to any automatic removal of funds. Not a problem though as I was going to renew. Then when I check my profile I'm a Gold member and the 'Purchase Paid Subscription' page only shows payments made for 2008 & 2009.

I got that message as well, but I don't think any money was taken off.
