He may be slightly overpaid but who can they spend that cap space on? Offense just lost a leader. Now they have LeSean McCoy, Richie Incognito and Percy Harvin to lead the locker room of impressionable young players. I think RG3 was being forced on him as the starying QB but now he either just doesn't care or the decision makers have changed their tune.
