The real victims of this crime was the tax payers and the small creditor's and someone on minimum wage paid more tax than the entire playing squad and staff .

Same the world over though, happens every day, especially at the multinationals where people spunk their money for overrated coffee just to be seen carrying a wee paper cup around

If this is proved in a court that Whytes actions were criminal and Rangers were indeed the victims of a crime, i wonder how the SFA and several journo's will explain were actions and comments against us.

Remind us, what will happen if the assets are returned to the original owner?

Current chairman- convicted tax fraudster and currently awaiting the court deciding if he is to be jailed for contempt.

Previous CEO and a handful of his cohorts- facing a fraud and conspiracy trial.

Previous director- convicted tax fraudster.

Previous club- tax evaders.

Rangers are not victims of crime. Rangers would seem to be a vehicle for criminals to pursue crime.
