Hibs - Transfers - 2014/2015

Recommended Posts

Hearts fans pretending they wouldn't be creaming themselves if he signed for them whilst declaring themselves delighted at a striker we turned down, a Hamilton player and two players released off Dundee Utd and Partick. Dear oh dear.

And everyone wait for it, here comes a massive paragraph from Hearts Daft

Always guaranteed when Hibs sign anyone. A detailed breakdown of why they aren't very good and hearts have better. He's some boy.

And a guy who plays in the same position as Sol Bamba and got released from the same club without playing a game.

Second best team in the country though.

Gomis and Buaben are a proven partnership in Scotland. Partick Thistle wanted to sign Buaben permanently. Keatings is likely to be 3rd or 4th choice up front but it's a bit ironic to put him down for playing for a team who ragdolled Hibs in their last game.

Being "turned down" (massive stretch btw) by Hibs is a bit like getting a bad character reference from Peter Sutcliffe.

They are a proven partnership aye, but haven't done anything for years and the jambos where delighted on gomis on his todd even though he flopped down South and done nothing last year.

Scott Allan has massive potential. He's been outstanding whenever I've seen him in the under 21s and was quality with Portsmouth in the championship. On paper he's a great signing. It might not work out but I'm delighted he's signed.

I would encourage everyone to google jambos kickback Scott Allan. There's 4 or 5 threads in the past couple of years with posters saying how good he is and only back in May posters thought it was unrealistic to sign such a tallent. Now he's shite, done nothing or hasn't been heard of. Madness.

Sol Bamba would walk into any team in Scotland outside of Celtic just now. When he was Ozturk's age he was playing in Division 1 for Dunfermline. It's early days yet but he's looked like a hard but composed defender so far and Neilson seemed to think it was a bit of a coup.

Nadir Ciftci was punted by Kayserispor and played a handful of games for a team who Edwin de Graaf was apparently a star for. He was one of the most exciting players in the league last year.

It's probably best to see how they do on the pitch before dismissing them.
