I didn't want to comment before as I would be accused of trying to improve my teams index, BUT I don't think you should weight it towards recent seasons. That would be useful for seeding purposes but as a performance index a cup win is a cup win regardless when it happens. Don't mean to be critical, its just my opinion. Love statistics.
