Norwegian are generally the cheapest, but the really cheap fares are thin on the ground mostly. They fly to Edinburgh, Manchester and London. London flights to Stockholm are usually pretty good for cheap flights, but then you have the added difficulty of getting to London first. Scandanavian also fly to Edinburgh from Stockholm in the summer months and they do 30% off for under 26's, so might be worth a look. I lucked out when I came home permanently about 3 weeks ago and got a really cheap flight. When I came home for the League Cup final in March I found getting a return bus to Oslo and flying Ryanair from Oslo Rygge to Edinburgh was by far the cheapest so that might also be worth a look.
