Even though I was a Yes/Yes voter for the Scottish Parlie for a long time I thought it was an unnecessary extra level of expensive bureacracy but if we are going to get these extra powers (whatever they might be) then the Parlie will probably be of value for the first time. One thing to bear in mind though is that they already have powers that they haven't used (vary tax by 3p in the pound was the second question) so we'll have to see what we get.
