Today's result means Whitburn will finish as the top scorers in the division. No surprise, as they have the best forward line.

Well done The Burnie on gaining promotion. It's been a long time coming.

youre on the glue pal, have to admit tho the boy brass is very decent

Let us enjoy our moment like you did yours. No need for personal insults.

Hear hear,if Easthouses are defeated on Wednesday nite then Whitburn will end up only 3pts behind Tranent that's despite playing "home" games for the first 3 months of the season, all in a great achievement, well done WJFC.

A severely depleted Dalkeith side with no recognised defenders or goal keeper and made up with Amatuers and two laddies aged 17 and 19. Treat any side in the Premier at your peril.

Just calling it how I saw the game. The standard is definitely nothing to be frightened of for teams going up.

nothing for you to worry about either then 😂😂😂

Wow, this doesn't really do you credit.

An honest opinion on the quality of the game your team was involved in - and you quite rightly outline why your team was poor - results in a below the belt comment about Blackburn falling just short in their promotion challenge. Are you not happy to receive comment, positive or negative, on your clubs play?

Poor stuff.

Dunbar need to start playing like a team next season, they have the potential with the playing staff they have at the moment, just seems like the management have tried to fix the only problem they didn't have with the team which is the strike force, where they lacked last season was defensively, so far everything has changed bar this, hence why the team if anything is going backwards, why try and fix the only thing that wasn't broken? Beats me.

Strange post. Ross Colquhoun, Chris Moffat, Kevin Smith, Christopher Hogg, Barry Hogg, Darren Gillan - all defenders signed by current manager.

Going backwards? Dunbar may finish 4th this season which looking back at league statistics would be the highest finish in over 10 years for your club. What do you class as going forwards?

As for the strikers do you think that Handling, Ballantyne and Chris King have been poor signings? I'd reckon half the clubs in the region would love the striking options that you guys have now.

2016/17 picture now looking a little clearer

Blackburn United

Craigroyston

Crossgates Primrose

Dunbar United

Easthouses Lily

Kirkcaldy YM

Livingston Utd

Lochgelly Albert

Pumpherston

Rosyth

Stoneyburn

West Calder Utd

Coming down,  two from;

Edinburgh Utd, Oakley Utd or Armadale Thistle.

If Armadale beat Thornton next Saturday they will stay up regardless of any possible three point deduction. Thornton have four games left (3 this week), and will need to win at least two to have a chance of survival.

In the North, it looks likely that two will go up to be replaced only by Thornton Hibs, reducing the league to 14, but with Luncarty returning it will remain at 15 clubs so unlikely that any clubs will be moved across.

Looks like a wide open league. If Oakley come down and kept sane squad then I'd fancy their chances but heard they might be going with youth next year so would need to see what squad they'd have if they did come down. Not any standout teams though so should be tight ðŸ‘
