It's up to the sjfa if they want to send someone out to inspect the pitch to make sure teams aren't up to funny business, such as not wanting a game on because of a long injury list. sjfa never bother really sending anyone out usually, just take your word for it. there was a certain team, who shall remain nameless, who were notoriously bad for their pipes bursting under their park (4 time in 1 season I remember).
