Talkin baws Posted January 24, 2016 Share Posted January 24, 2016 Sunday central Afl are inviting applications from new and established clubs for season 2016/17 Any affiliated clubs from other leagues must apply before 22nd February. Email sundaycentral@live.co.uk Sunday central have over 50 teams and a unique bottom tier set up, the bottom 32 get split in to eight groups of four (champions league style) they then play each other home and away, first goes into 2a second 2b and so on. This ensures you play against similar level clubs for the rest of the season. League fees are £110, usual safa fees also apply. We have another unique cash back system (the money belongs to the teams after all), we start and end each season with a fifty pound start for each team, roughly £2500, all other monies are split between returning teams who pay their dues at the agm. Last year returning clubs each received £200 back. Furthermore we are looking into the possibility of becoming a charity, our eventual aim is to have our own parks. This though is a bit away. Talkin baws Posted January 24, 2016 Author Share Posted January 24, 2016 The top two in division 2a go up winners of 2c/d playoff and the winner joins the winner of 2b in playoff with the third and fourth bottom of division one. Sounds complicated but it's not. It designed to let you play at your level and help you improve thru the season, if you improve then no matter what division your in you have the chance if good enough to progress.
