Because the 1st game is scheduled for Wednesday against the Champ league it's not live. Then if Hibs do finish 3rd because Hearts are at Home on Saturday, they're moving Hibs v Raith to Sunday May 8 Good start. Stop being such a negative b*****d. Toby Posted April 30, 2016 Share Posted April 30, 2016 They could've made the first leg Thursday and the second leg Sunday for the "quarter final". Don't think there are any rules about games clashing with the Europa League? IIRC, last season's Queens v Rangers games were both at the weekend. Felt that dragged the tie on a bit much, I think there's something to be said for getting a tie like that finished over a midweek then weekend, but it did allow for the TV coverage. And us reaching yet another cup final has put a bit of a spanner in the works for the play-off final. Not that you'll need to worry about that.
