well fan for life
I've got a job which requires a fairly good knowledge of working in Unix. I'm not a total simpleton with it when it comes to the basic commands and executing programs & scripts. I do struggle when it comes to more advanced commands and usage. Can anyone recommend a good online Unix training course? Ideally free but reasonably priced if need be.
Homer Thompson
We use Lynda.com for a lot of our training vids. Id be amazed if they didnt have some decent *nix stuff. However, our site license isnt cheap, so I dont know how reasonable an individual licence would be

I think at some point later in the year I'll be going on an official course. I'm just trying to get a bit more working knowledge of it just now. I'll keep a note of that course though.
