Beckanbaur
Don't think that applies to amateur football "good enough old enough" Play 21s better chance of being picked up, by pro, junior or top amateur sides if no offers at end then post looking for a side , where are you based? BigHartson
There's no difference between amateur and 21s though? 21's is better than all but the top level of amateur football in my opinion.

DavyGallacher10
defo leave out amatuer should play youth football for aslong as you can right upto 21s then could get snapped up by an EOS/Lowland/Junior team depending where your based plus alot more scouts watch youth football than any other level
Beckanbaur
There is no need to rush to amateur it's still going to be around after your too old for 21s, a lot of 21s even have affiliations and pathways with top amateur sides and good junior sides! Glencairn, Rob Roy, Rossvale, maryhill all examples of this Infact I even think 3 in the last year at Rossvale alone have went to alloa! Also physically it will prepare you for the pub animals you will come up against in some amateur sides
TommyMc
That's if you're good enough. Some boys know they'll never be picked up so play the game just to enjoy it
