NorthernLights Posted August 23, 2016 Share Posted August 23, 2016 I upgraded my phone (Nexus 5X) last night I discovered that if you enrolled into the Android Beta Program your phone would now received the stable build. If you've got a compatible Nexus device you can probably still use that option to upgrade your version of Android now. The other option is to wait for the OTA update which could take a few weeks to find its way to your phone. When I enrolled in the beta program I got an almost instant notification to download and apply the update. http://www.androidauthority.com/youve-got-nougat-android-beta-now-711939/ The UI has a few nice tweaks and the split screen works pretty well even on a relatively small screen.
