lang
The main question of the day is was Dreghorn at the game & did he introduce himself to apologise to the Maryhill lads? Don't be daft!
ex-german exile
Have to say I enjoyed yesterday's match. Chatted to several Lithie fans before and during the match. As for the match. Lithie probably just deserved to win, but it would be difficult to argue that Maryhill didn't deserve a replay for the spirit and tenacity they showed in the second half. Tommy Coyne was the MOM IMHO, his subtle touch setup the opener and he scored the other three. Class act. Others that caught the eye were second half sub wide left for Linlithgow and no 16 for Maryhill who ran the away defence ragged at times. Linlithgow centre backs struggled to contain maryhill until the last fifteen minutes and if they play like that against KRR or Glenafton, they will get ripped a new one. Of course they'd have to get past Gartcairn first.
LRFC89
What about any of the other quarter finalists, cause I don't fancy Talbot or the other Rose either with our form this season, but hey ho it's the cup and you make your own luck.
