Surprising how quiet and bear free it was for a day or so after the Supreme Court verdict yet here we are today with bears making their underwear all sticky rushing on to say GIRUY.

God help us all when Kincy wakes up and hears the news. He won't even waste time washing the pish soaked sheets, just straight on the internet.

You seem a tad upset bobby

Pulling you up on your failures in the brain department is hardly being "upset". But I can understand why you would think that, as Hellbhoy outsmarts you on a regular basis.

What rules would they be dolly ?

The basic one where ALL remunerations to players are lodged with the SFA.

Not half in plain view with tax-paid and half pochled away in a byzantine corrupt scam.

' so we could attract players we could not otherwise afford'

But you knew that already.

No title stripping and calling us the same club

some shift the day from the masons

The SPFL members obviously don't think you're the same club.  From their questions to the QC (Question 7).

It is understood that the historical awards of Championships or Cups are amongst the 'assets' of Oldco purportedly 'sold' to Newco, through the agency of the administrators by Oldco, in June 2012;

You know what 'purportedly' means, don't you?

'Got away with murder'

away and have a lie down ffs.

It's an expression Bob.

Nobody was literally killed, but Rangers committed a massive offence, that received a wildly disproportionately small sanction, given footballing precedent.

Now, which parts of that would you wish to challenge, and on what basis?

Another trip down EBT memory lane . Who can remember that deadly duo of an EBT and a sectarian water bottle working together to f**k celtics title hopes on a warm spring evening in Inverness

You're functionally illiterate, aren't you?

Not unexpected but deeply disappointing, not so much the scandal of industrial cheating by Rangers, but more the scandal of those tasked with ensuring we have a honest game not doing so, in fact facilitating  the opposite. I include all the club's in this as well as the authorities, disgusted by my club Celtic.

All this primarily driven, imo, by the need of having at least 4 "old firm" games a season, amazed that the majority of clubs don't see where this puts them

Not at all.

Tarnished Ffs .

What has been legally established today is what most Rangers have said from day one.

Rangers were handed unjust punishments in fines and transfer embargo. Rangers must look to be compensated in full.

Rangers are Rangers. Ok that was a given except for the few moon howlers.

Rangers titles were won fairly on the field of play.

The only reason for this whole charade was to appease a tiny minority of nutters. A complete waste of time and money.

Oh ... and get it right up ye.

What punishments have been deemed unjust? IIRC Newco Rangers agreed to take on the SPL fine as part of the 5-Way agreement in which the SFA expected Newco to take on obligations of Oldco in return for the transfer of SFA membership.  The transfer embargo was an SFL condition for membership and again enforced by the SFA as part of the 5-Way agreement.

Newco could have legally avoided these sanctions by refusing to agree to the deal but then they would no longer have been a football club.
