Jimbo Jagsfan
ROD McKENZIE: ”The rule works so that clubs must tell us within two days if they’ve defaulted on a tax payment. If that happens they are automatically barred from registering players over the age of 21. “If the club does go into default, and doesn’t tell us within two days and also with-holds information from HMRC and we find out, then that is a breach of the rules. “And there are a wide range of penalties for that...including points deductions, which happened to Livingston who didn’t tell us they had defaulted on their tax. “In a situation where a club wins a league, where they hadn’t told us about a tax default and they continued to default in their obligations, then one of the possible sanctions which could be imposed would be removal of the title.”

'Getting away with murder' is a pretty well worn expression. You hide behind a literal reading of it because you can't challenge the central idea that Rangers have not received a suitable sanction for an extremely serious football offence. If he likes we can change it to rape. "Rangers raped the Scottish leagues of any respect and dignity" but even I admit this is the wrong word to use so murder it is. hellbhoy
Quote Neil Doncaster invites fans to air views on SPFL's handling of EBT issue http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/40735324 Dafuq is going on? The Cockwomble invites us the fans to air our views, a resounding "f**k off ya w****r" is the only view the corrupt c**t should hear. We are to ask questions about the new robust/corrupt rules that he can dance around by not actually saying they were made to clear a club that would have brought the whole game into disrepute from the top level down to just one club. Although I could attend if possible I do not have any fucking confidence at all he would even come close to remotely answering my first question before I got silenced and ignored. It's a fucking sham question time that will most likely or probably have the questions put forward to the c**t first before answers were predetermined to avoid telling the real truth. This should be fun and could have the Cockwomble look even more fucking corrupt than we already know by avoiding the real questions we want answered. At least they have each other For once FB, this is a point that I can agree with you on, and one that almost all Scottish fans can agree on. I despise Reagan less but still despise him. Doncaster is the epitome of an administrator brought in to commercialise the game without having any knowledge of the cut and thrust of a Scottish Football. I hate how he using AQI in the way he raises his voice at the end of his statement and I also fucking hate his haircut. Man it's a shocker. Regan's only saving grace is that he comes across as less of a fucknugget.
