knee jerk reaction Posted July 26, 2017 Share Posted July 26, 2017 so barry has been involved in more than one tax avoidance scheme and has transferred his assets in advance, looking like he's planned bankruptcy, yet you'll get the folk who'll back him up and still call him a legend just because of who he played football for. it's the making excuses for, condoning the behaviour or denying anything was wrong that really gets to me. if my team were paying huge salaries and systematically avoiding tax (unlikely as a Falkirk fan, lol), as a fan you can do nothing about that, I'd still support us but if the vast majority of our support were defending the morally wrong behaviour (like a certain team's fans are doing) because it's one of our own, then I think I'd stop supporting us Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
