Going up a hill where it is likely to be colder and wetter makes no sense. If it's a good day I can think of far better things to do than tramp about a field on a steep incline I am absolutely gutted that I'm unlikely to bump into a man of your knowledge while out on my wanders. MuckleMoo Posted October 23, 2017 Share Posted October 23, 2017 Was never a fan of just going out for a walk but since getting a dog I've not got a choice. Doesn't matter whether it's pissing with rain or not the dog still needs it's exercise. To be honest I actually enjoy it now. In the last few days I've spotted a couple of red squirrels scrapping in a tree, a wood pecker, heron and numerous buzzards.
