I have to say the weather in the Berwick area since late yesterday afternoon has been terrible. It has poured down and still is so would think this game in serious doubt? dougster Posted March 16, 2018 Share Posted March 16, 2018 Over an inch of rain has fallen on the Shielfield pitch since late yesterday (Thursday) and the park is currently waterlogged in several areas and very heavy. Club Secretary Dennis McCleary said at 12.30 today (Friday) “ There would have been no game today on Shielfield for certain, given the conditions and it is a concern as it is still raining and also looking ahead at the weather forecast it is not promising. We can only hope it improves this evening and overnight.
