History Channel - Feast of Football

Recommended Posts

As of 3 o'clock today, the History Channel is showing non-stop, wall-to-wall football films, documentaries and panel debates all about the Beautiful Game, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for the next fortnight!!!

It starts of with the 3 part Alfie Allen thing, "Football: A Brief History", I saw that last year and quite enjoyed it, there's a film about Stanley Matthews on at 7 tonight and I'm looking forward to the Official FIFA film of the 1970 World Cup at midnight, always enjoy watching glimpses of that Brazil side from that tourney, the one for Italia '90 is also on tonight!!!

Apart from some rather obvious attempts to shoehorn England into the mix there is good potential viewing ahead for the next two weeks!!!

F sake. Never seen this thread before now. Will the shows be on their catch-up/on demand? Wouldn’t mind seeing some of the Italia 90 and USA 94 stuff.

Think most of the stuff is available to download from Sky if you have that facility.
