Similar to Needledrop, but much smaller, is BradTasteInMusic. He's a music producer and his series "What Makes This Song Great" is fantastic, where he breaks the music down and explains it very well using a mix of jargon and dumbing stuff down. Todd in the Shadows has a series where he looks at before/after one hit wonders which really good if you can get over his accent.
