BU_Brian
Morning Gents. Game day. ... but with no feed. If any committee are reading this and will be present at today's game - lucky bleeders. lol - may we ask a really massive favour please? May we ask if the chap that updates the twitter, during the game, pops in a few extra tweets please? Sad though it may seem, some of us are actually sitting there watching the feed for news of how the game is progressing. maybe just a short sentence every 5 - 7 mins? If possible, that would really be appreciated, Thank you. C'Mon the BUs

Deanburn Dave
As BULoyal said new arrivals. Danny Mackenzie and Bryan Wharton. Two defenders from Pollok on loan. Twitter says they are in the squad for the game today.

Deanburn Dave
Pollok website says,Bryan is 30 a centrehalf. Ex Shotts, Albion Rovers, Queens Park. Danny is 28 , a left back. Ex Queens Park and Rob Roy.Both plenty of experience.Max has been a very busy boy.#InMaxWeTrust
Deanburn Dave
Probably worthwhile reminding BU fans that Pollok like a few WoS teams are not playing this season due to COVID hence the reason they are loaning out first team players.
BU_Brian
I fully support the whole premise of utilising all the services available to us. BSC's wee guy up front, Jamie Glasgow, is a perfect example. very good player. fingers crossed the new guys are of the same quality. Whichever, our much depleted squad can always do with an injection of new blood - quality new blood, a bonus.

A natural left back is great news . Centre half very badly needed as no Campbell today I believe . Here’s hoping they both hit the ground running .

Almost a bogey position for BU as I don’t think they’ve ever found the right player in that position probably since Derek Fleming many years ago. An argument could be made for Stuart Devine but other than one really good season he was forever injured.
BU_Brian
Young Ryan is doing a sterling job, albeit, he is predominantly a forward thinking player with speed to recover, and still learning his trade. The opposite can be said for Stuart McFarlane on the right. Pretty solid as a defender but not the most forward thinking. These are all "fixable" discrepancies/shortfalls. not being a natural this or that... these additions to their game can all be learned. If they are young enough and are willing, reasonably good players can become very good players at their chosen positions. Given time, Max and his staff can produce a very competitive team. We are just enjoying it watching it happen, watching the team develop. nerves are starting to tingle again. give me point, forget the game. lol it is doing none of our hearts any good whatsoever. lol. let's be lucky guys, C'Mon the BUs
Deanburn Dave
Flea ahead of Sydney in attitude, consistency, reliability and importance to the team IMO.
BU_Brian
it is horrible just sitting in the house waiting, knowing you are going to get to see nothing. I'd rather be walking around the shops with the wife. OK ... sorry. Took that a little too far there. #LetFansIn

Deanburn Dave
So guessing it will be 4-4-2. Jacobs right back. Stevenson wide left, Grant wide right. Everyone else in their normal roles.
