UsedToGoToCentralPark
The entrance fitness test for the Police is hilariously low nowadays. Sure it’s about level 5.4 or run 1.5 miles in 18 minutes for Police Scotland. That's a brisk walk is it not?

I looked into joining and seen people posting on social media saying they failed on the fitness test too….

Going by this you are either joining the Canadian Special Forces or becoming a Slovenian ice hockey referee. Good luck in either. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Multi-stage_fitness_test#Standards One of these is indeed correct
pub car king
The trick is to pace the intervals. The first level is barely more than a brisk walk between beeps, but if you are in a room full of people they will all go charging off and be waiting ages for the next beep. If you can do it without ever stopping and starting again it's easier and hitting the line is just a quick turn but make sure you rotate which foot you turn on.
