Kilmarnock vs Dunfermline - 18th Dec

Recommended Posts

It’s really quite easy to beat Kilmarnock at the moment. All you have to do is score the first goal. Then it’s game over. We’re about as effective at coming from behind as a eunuch.

We have scored 1st 3 times in 17 games.  Winning only one.

I think that we may have a different opinion on how easy that tactic is for us.

Aye, for all Kilmarnock have been in a poorish run, there's a big difference between being near the top end of the league and having a sticky patch and being near the bottom and not putting a run of more than 2 games together where we haven't looked like we belong in League 1. It would be like Celtic fans claiming they'd be second favourites and expect to lose at home to Ross County or something. The only reason I might go to this is that the in-laws all live in Kilmarnock and so I can drop the missus and bambino off at her Mum's then get a Chinese or something after the game. As it is I'll probably head to Ayrshire then decide on the day whether to go or not.

New Chinese buffet restaurant opened up next to the Odeon cinema, give it a try and give me a review.

Should definitely go.it should be amazing at this time of year. Big noisy excited crowd, great atmosphere, that sense of trepidation as you go in and have no idea what your going to get, yep the Chinese Buffet will be a great night out.

Last time we played at Rugby Park in the league we were equally as gubbins (relatively speaking). Had about 100 in the away end, turned Killie over 3 zip. A mental day, Liam Buchanan playing like a prime Hamish French.

Don't think I've been to Rugby Park since Greg Shields popped an own goal in for his one true love of a team.

Wasn't that the game where Crawford knocked it out for a corner from half way? 🤣 Which Killie scored from :(

Don't need to go to give you a review - the same guys have a Chinese buffet in Fife! If it is of the same standard as the one here then it'll be good (as good as a buffet place can be I mean - lots of fried starters, good mix of mains and a few token desserts) and worth a visit, just not this weekend in case I do venture down that way and pop in. It's the old Scot's Bonnet, isn't it, not the Frankie & Benny's?

Old Scot’s Bonnet so it should be some size inside. I may pop down over the Christmas holidays, I’ll wear my loose jeans. [emoji6]
