Never did coaching, just hired a coach as I couldn't be hassled dealing with that side of things on top of the financial side. Not had much experience with younger players as none were really good enough for the first team, I just used to bring in players far too good for the division as the directors were total dicks. Regardless of my league position they were never happy! The fans loved me at least. Let me know.
