Another dismal performance from East Fife in the first half. 2nd half better but still way below expectations. Fash looks a shadow of his former self. If he's unfit then we desperately need a goalscorer.

Some positives to take from that. I think most of the young loanees have plenty going for them and could be good players with a few games. Mitch Taylor put in more dangerous crosses in 15 minutes than he did in his half season with us last year. Vigurs and Sutherland (both just rumours, and the latter obviously has a major caveat of coming off a serious injury) would add some valuable experience (plus hopefully a lot of quality) to such a young side.

Good game for a change. Thought we struggled again with creativity in midfield but it's hard to see who we could bring in to improve things. Very solid defensively and Draper/Ewen were rocks at the back. Honestly, I feel like we should be disappointed at not winning that one given the control we had in the first half. East Fife had plenty of the ball in the second half but didn't really get much in the way of chances. 

A wee gripe I have, I am very worried about how much we may have thrown at signing Ben Barron because he's looked like he's massively out of his depth at this level. I'm probably being harsh on a young guy but he's looked uncomfortable every time I've seen him play this season.

Missed the game yesterday due to another commitment, but seeing as we we got humped 4-0 by EF a month or so ago, I'm happy with a point and we moved up in the league.
