Polls: Number of Votes ≠ Number of members who've voted.

Question

Hello,

I noticed the number of "members who have voted" don't match the total when you add up the total of the individual votes. It isn't the first poll where this has happened. The total votes equal 60, but the number of member who've voted is 62. I looked for the answer on here, but it appears not to have been addressed previously.

Spoiler

I suspect one possibility is that 2 people have tried to cast two votes in this case from alias accounts (or 1 person has tried to cast 3 votes) that are recorded as the number of members who's voted, but don't count to the percentage. It could also just be some other kind of error. The question is basically why might the numbers not match?
