You must have some cracking contacts if you know the budget and accounts for every team in the league 🤣

Guys a clown, every financial decision we take is sustainable, no fan/owner would allow the board to risk the club and our board is made up of people who are all life long fans, no moneymen, no millionaires. Btw great news for RR on the ground, cant wait to visit it.

The football at tier 5 is doomed when such a frugal club like Clydebank spending 18K on a player.

thats where the big problem lies - lowland lge a much poorer standard that our league but between unlicensed clubs and 1/3 up max thats what needs to be addressed

now would be the ideal time to reintroduce conferences with ll eos prem sos and wos prem - top 16 or 18 make a new competitive ll - must be licensed though

Yeah, thank you, been a long (and undeniably part self inflicted) road, but delighted to finally get back to the town!

Look forward to getting back to the Premier and welcoming Bankies (and others) along, its a nice wee ground, and deserves top flight football

Fantastic that Rob Roy are back in Kirky.

No doubt the luddites will scream 3G pitch but just ignore them and enjoy.

Mate, id take us playing on a red blaes pitch if it means we get the club back in Kirkintilloch!

The quality of artificial pitches keeps improving and with the greatest respect and thanks, the pitch we have been playing on (grass) at Guys Meadow is at best "inconsistent", so im looking forward to the games where passes go where they are meant to and bounces are true.

Was just sitting watching the Euros thinking "this would be better if it was played on a plastic pitch" said no c**t.

Yep, great analogy from top flight pitches in one of Europes richest countries to grass roots (see what i did there) football in the West of Scotland, almost identical....

When there's a dafty suggesting critics of 3g are "luddites" is a perfectly reasonable response. 3g is and always has been a compromise to the quality of matches. Completely understandable that teams at our level go for it but let's desist from pretending it's somehow superior to grass.

I mean that tournament was enough to put you off football, maybe it would have been better on a 4g. Id rather have 4g than grass and VAR.

It was 90% shite after a promising start.

England's group might have the dullest set of matches in all of international tournament history.

Nah. Their group in the 1990 World Cup was even worse.
