10 Minute Fitba' podcast

Recommended Posts

Hi guys

I apologise if this is against the rules as I haven't been on Pie and Bovril for a while, but I thought it would be a good way to say hello and introduce to my new podcast, 10 Minute Fitba', which is a round up of Scottish football news in 10 minutes or less.

It goes out first thing in the morning around 6am and is available from Spotify and Apple Podcasts.  Links can be found here:

Spotify: https://bit.ly/3WOjxGd

Apple Podcasts: https://bit.ly/3X8cXf4

An ideal listen if you're on your way into work or wherever you go first thing in the morning so please give it a try and feel free to repost, share and even leave a review if you wish.

Also on social media @10MinuteFitba on X, Instagram and Threads.  Also on Facebook too.

Thank you in advance

Fitba doesn't need an apostrophe it isn't a contraction of a standard spelling English word but is a legitimate Scots word in its own right.

If you want somebody on to talk about Scots orthography DM me.

They could see it as a contraction of fitbaw?

It's closer to the Dundonian, and therefore paramount, 'futba' either way so I approve regardless.

The word isn't fitbaw it's fitba. Fitbaw is a phonetic rendering of how people west of Stirling say it but the word is fitba.

Sounds like a fantastic way to stay updated on Scottish football! I appreciate the quick format—perfect for my morning commute. I'll definitely check out 10 Minute Fitba' on Spotify and Apple Podcasts. Best of luck with the podcast, and I’ll be sure to share! I play gaming profusely, and for few weeks back, I thought to gamble in an online casino, I visited Mcphillips Street Station casino after finding it through the Manitoba casinos map on https://onlinecasinomanitoba.com/manitoba-casinos-map/mcphillips-station-casino/ It was pretty straightforward, and we were able to have a nice evening out without worrying about directions or details. The map made it all simple to plan, and the casino itself was worth the visit.

Thank you, I will read it.

Edit: It is worth spending time on reading them. Thank you once again.
