The Mo vs Cove

Recommended Posts

This should be a decent game.  Gladiatorial battle.

The Mo coming off a good 0-2 win at Kelty and back to pretty much full strength with a decent bench.  But still need to show that we can string Wins together (we did beat Stennie, Dumbarton in a wee run) after a few games of indifferent form.

Cove had a terrible start to the season then we gave them their first win and they have recovered since, and have just recorded two Wins in a row - but also need to demonstrate they can go on a longer run of Wins.  Combination of Glass and Fyvie in midfield seems dangerous.

Seen that Caley now been deducted 15 points and sit bottom.  The League is there for the taking - if a team can string 4 or 5 Wins together, they will get into a strong position.

Let's hope for a decent crowd, come on the Mo !

We don't have a good record against Cove since they've been in the league. Played 10 at home, only won 3. This will be another tough test. They've found their stride after a slow start.

However, if we can carry on where we left off last week, we can expect a great game. Second half last week was best we've been so far this season. We've got a fully fit squad and a full bench to back them, SP can pick our strongest 11.

Expect a really close one but the Mo to shade it. 2-1 home win.
