Only turned over to watch my race, with about 4f's to go, my horse seemed to be cruising, all the others working their horse whilst mine strolled along. Now I thought it was 4furlongs at least as usual, dull AtTheRaces commentator's tone had not changed, Imagine my dismay when I realise there is only 1 furlong to go. My horse then has nothing in the tank and finishe's 3rd Still, Good profit made today, So mustn't grumble.
