northernscum
Nah, van Gerwen looks to have things under control now. 3-1 victory for the Dutchman beckons... It would appear you are correct!
The Naitch
Good win for van Gerwen in the end, but he really needs to work on those doubles.
northernscum
Good win for van Gerwen in the end, but he really needs to work on those doubles. He's probably been told a thousand times that he needs to stop & focus before going for the double, but he is a continuity type of thrower, so if he is not "in the zone" with his finishing on the night then he is liable to be beaten if he comes up against anyone playing mid 90's + average.

Harrington's just said as much, and he usually talks shite. Not this time though - if MvG can just stop and focus, even if it is just briefly so not to stop his rhythm, then it could allow him to really make an impact.
northernscum
Strange dude Wade, he always seems to be fighting demons ,as he seemed to allude to in the pre match interview, having said that he should cruise this game.

Yep, he should cruise it and I expect him to do so as well - Brown, though, has taken the 1st leg and doesn't look uncomfortable on that stage.

Neilly
Don't like the look of Brown he has one of those annoying faces. Wade should win this in straight sets.

Brown looks handy enough but just doesn't have the know-how to compete at this level.

The Naitch
2-0 to Wade ... he's never hit better than a 92 average at the World Championships, looks like he'll beat that tonight.

I did'nt believe that when they came up with the stat. He seemed to have some superb performances in the past.

The Naitch
Well, Wade eases off to let Brown win a set. That buggers up Bristow's bet for the night, if nothing else.
