The Naitch
It wouldn't surprise me at all if Anderson is throwing this match. Webster is a good pal of his and hes been involved in a bout of (unproven) match fixing with Fitton a couple of years ago. It was looking like that when Webster went 4-1 up but Ando has pegged back a couple of legs to guarantee that Jones goes through and Webster doesn't.
Lambies_Apprentice
For f**k sake, how many darts could Anderson miss to possibly throw the match? Yet it still failed! Edited November 16, 2010 by Lambies_Apprentice
The Naitch
Finished 5-3 to Webster but you could see the dejection on Webby's face as soon as Anderson got that 3rd leg.
F_T_Y
I know osbornes not everyones cup of tea but what he does do well is punish his opponets bad throw.Chizzy failed to find a treble and the fake wizard hit a 180. Osborne wins 5-3 will be a tough test for anderson, Edited November 16, 2010 by F_T_Y
Neilly
Aye I think that's a toughy for Anderson and Osborne's style may not suit Deamboy either. Still it's very winnable for a place in the quarters. Anderson will be up for it and certainly not go through the motions like tonight. The crowd are singing "Onlye 1 James Wade" which is nice to see as he usually gets pelters for no apparent reason at the big events. Have to reiterate what a fantastic darts crowd this is.
F_T_Y
vdv had a great chance to break him in the first leg but missed two at tops.Wade never misses double 10.

Neilly
Out of order from King really there was a bawhair in it and he's bound to know Hendo isn't the cheating type. He's clearly in a bad place after his fathers death going by his post match interview.

Yeah was feeling sorry for him in his interview you could see he was still hurting.Websters face was tragic.I like him, seems like a down to earth guy.
dubs
Osbourne 80/1 @ Boylesports - worth an E/W punt? Edited November 17, 2010 by dubs
DomDom
Osbourne 80/1 @ Boylesports - worth an E/W punt? I'd say so. He can beat most players on his day and he's clearly playing somewhere close to his best at the moment. He's worth keeping an eye on.
dubs
Already down to 50's. My fingers are getting itchy but I'll probably wait until after tonights games. Interestingly enough Taylor is now even money, you couldn't get 1/2 before he played Hankey. Edited November 17, 2010 by dubs
tigerton
Osbourne - worth a punt from Randy Orton? Correct.
Neilly
I think Osbourne is certainly worth a £1 e/w on that form. I've still got Anderson 14's, Nicholson 66's, Phillips 200's and Beaton 125's from the start. Put another little punt on Waites at 33's yesterday as he looked really impressive against Phillips. All e/w Hopefully Newton can put Taylor out tonight and it's really anyone's tournament although James Wade will become the hot favourite should that happen having won all his majors without meeting Taylor en route.
F_T_Y
Taylor will not be wearing his specks tonight.Wise move or not we shall see.
DomDom
Taylor will not be wearing his specks tonight.Wise move or not we shall see. Should be a wise move, but he was off form a bit anyways, so it'll be hard to tell. The glasses gave him another adjustment to make so won't have helped.

Neilly
Fitton will really need to up his game though he has been poor but Barney is certainly beatable on current form. I think Hankey 1/2 is the bet of the night.
