tigerton
Dudbridge has been a bit shifty and I think Tabern could really do a job on him.I'm really not sure about McDine vs. Bates. That could go either way when you consider how well both men played in the first round. Especially McDine who looked about ready to cry every time he went to the oche. i have issues with McDines bottle on this stage. Tabern didnt look too impressive, especially seeing as how well hes played last year or so. Theres something about Dudbridge that I like so ill be rooting for him.
H_B
Hopefully McDine loses - what a whining bitch he was after his last match. Also, can the chimp host stop asking Rod Harrington if every guy in the top 20 is a danger to Phil Taylor. Here's a clue - no, none of them are.

H_B
Dont diss Dave Clark That face needs a good punching. He could be commentating on his own funeral and he'd have that ridiculous grin.

How many fucking times do we have to hear Colin Lloyd won the world matchplay with a 170 checkout and if this could be the tournament "Lloydy" recaptures his past glories? Reality check, hes just not good enough. Edited December 24, 2009 by Lambies_Apprentice
The Naitch
Barney and Taylor had an unbelievably dramatic match with massive finishes, 100+ average for both men in the end ( over 13 sets as well ) and the crowd were nuked.Probably better and more dramatic than anything ever shown on the BBC. I'd have loved to have seen the Painter/Taylor match that was apparently better. That match, along with Barney/Taylor from 2007, are in the top five matches of the decade. Absolutely fantastic night of darts - Painter really hasn't hit those heights since. If there is a better match that the Taylor/Barney final of 2007 then I have yet to see it. Please show me a BDO match that has ever come close to that? They maybe had the "characters" back in the 80's but the standard is nowhere near some of the players now. Adams vs Nixon ('08 Final, I think) was very good ... but there isn't too much more in recent years that sticks out in the mind. he just wanted a shot of his big shiny ring
RedWeb
Redweb's rose tinted spectacles are also worn when the snooker is on. He seems to remember Terry Griffiths v Cliff Thorburn as some sort of enthralling event compared to watching the big guns now. Arrant nonsense. Hopefully no-one wins 4-0, winning every leg in the process or Redweb will self-combust. Ooooh, check her

What time does play get going? Quite missed it over the last couple of days I must say.
