DomDom
CO STOMPE 6-4 ANDY HAMILTON 180s Stompe : 4 Hamilton : 0 40+ Checkouts Stompe : 52, 57 Hamilton : 74 Both guys come out after the break scoring reasonably well. Stompe looking very good in particular, and only a good finish from Hamilton stopped him getting a shot at the double. Stompe came back from a two leg deficit again. Once again Stompe's doubling eludes him in the 9th leg, but Hamilton was too far back to do anything about it. Stompe must have felt very relieved at the end of that session there. Even when he was blowing doubles, Andy Hamilton just wasn't scoring and it allowed Stompe to play with less pressure on him. Hopefully this remains as two sided as it has been.
The Naitch
Hamilton is fighting back ... doubling starting to cause Stompe problems again.
DomDom
CO STOMPE 8-8 ANDY HAMILTON 180s Stompe : 6 Hamilton : 1 40+ Checkouts Stompe : 52, 57 Hamilton : 74, 76 Stompe continues where he left off before the break and Hamilton has been very disappointing here considering his form this year. Good example in the 14th leg when Hamilton throws a 180 and Stompe comes out with a 180 and 140 to put the pressure on Hamilton. Hamilton crucially got the double though. Big moment in the 15th leg when Stompe missed and Hamilton breaks back with double 16. He completes the job of the break by taking double 18 and making it 8-8 and this is quite good ...
The Naitch
Oh my ... what a time to hit a 130 checkout. Hamilton seemed certain to win that leg ... cracking match.

DomDom
CO STOMPE 10-10 ANDY HAMILTON 180s Stompe : 7 Hamilton : 2 40+ Checkouts Stompe : 52, 57, 48, 130 Hamilton : 74, 76, 81 This nerve wracker continues, as Stompe had one dart at the bull for 121 to win the match, but Hamilton came back and hit D9 and we go into extra time. Stompe REALLY did a bad job on the 19th leg and that allowed Hamilton to have a chance, but Stompe took an AMAZING 130 out and was right fired up. Amazing 130 there. Fuck me what a shot. This thriller goes on and Hamilton takes a good lead in the 20th leg. 81 finish takes this to 10-10 and how can you not love this at the moment ?
Neilly
Stompe going ape shit shortly after hitting the 130 was class Really hope he goes on and wins I hate Andy Hamilton he's a complete sack. That stupid "CAM OHN" after every leg he wins is doing my tits right in.
F_T_Y
Stompe should of had this won 10 minutes ago.Great game !
The Naitch
This leg is sporting drama at its best. EDIT: Stompe wins it 12-10. That will be the best match of the first round this year. That 174 that Stompe hit to leave him on D4 was just breathtaking. Ended up winning it on D1 but they all count. DomDom
CO STOMPE 12-10 ANDY HAMILTON 180s Stompe : 7 Hamilton : 2 40+ Checkouts Stompe : 52, 57, 48, 130 Hamilton : 74, 76, 81 And so we continue into injury time. Stompe misses a 119 on a good effort in the 21st. Stompe after missing a big number brings it back and makes it 11-10. Nothing else can happen here, can it ? Massive pressure in the 22nd leg on Hamilton for a 72 checkout after some unreal darts from Stompe, and he didn't take it out. This allowed Co Stompe the chance to win the match, but amazingly, Hamilton was allowed back in. He didn't take the 20 score. Stompe misses Madhouse. As does Hamilton. Right, this is a nightmare. Stompe eventually gets there and wins the match. That was a fucking belter of a match.
Neilly
That last leg was reminiscent of some of my darts thrown at the pub yesterday Really exciting game though and fair enjoyed that big puddin' getting put out. Gone Co!
F_T_Y
Nobody wanted to hit that double one What a start to the night.
The Naitch
If you thought the doubling in the Stompe/Hamilton match was bad it is horrific in the Lewis/Webster match. They've had nineteen shots at the double and we've only had three legs. Webster has broken throw, though, so will be looking to make the advantage count.
The Naitch
Doubling aside it has been a terrific start from the Welshman ... he's 4-1 up on Aidy and has the throw in the next mini session.
DomDom
ADRIAN LEWIS 1-4 MARK WEBSTER 180s Lewis : Webster : 40+ Checkouts Lewis : None. Webster : 58 I don't see much hope for Webster here. He's not a bad player, but he's not very good. He can turn it on. You don't win the BDO WCs without playing brilliantly, but he doesn't have that often enough. After a good start in the first leg, Webster threw it away and Lewis is not a player you want to give a chance to. Webster is lucky that wasn't to break and was even MORE lucky Lewis missed two at tops in the second leg. Webster makes it 1-1. Adrian Lewis looks a bit off at the moment, and Mark Webster looks like he simply doesn't want to hit a double. It's making the match dramatic right from the word go but I'd rather see some good darts. Webster is settling into it a little more now and makes it 3-1 with more urgency. Adrian Lewis with some good darts in the fifth leg but it's too late and Webster goes to a 4-1 lead. The break probably comes at the right time for Lewis.

Webby four one up at the break. He should of broke the lewis throw in the first leg.Webster is deadly on the treble 19s but lewis could easily go up a gear.I can see his head going down now that he is a couple of legs behind.
The Naitch
Somehow, somehow Lewis is still in this one ... he's just 6-4 down. Webster could have been cruising towards victory by now.
DomDom
ADRIAN LEWIS 4-6 MARK WEBSTER 180s Lewis : 2 Webster : None. 40+ Checkouts Lewis : 82, 60 Webster : 58 Adrian Lewis finally gets a 180 and more crucially, does it against the throw. See what I was saying about the break coming at the right time. 82 finish using the bull makes it 4-2 and that was against the throw from Lewis. He comes out with a 23 in the next leg. What's that about ? Webster seems to be more settled too though. This could turn into another good match. Webster comes back and breaks to make it 5-2. Christ. Webster has really settled into this match while Lewis is still playing very inconsistantly. Webster is hitting that double tops with frightening accuracy at the moment, making it 6-2. Lewis' scoring is pretty good at the moment. Lewis saves his own bacon with a double tops after Webster misses 108 on double 14. The 40 score from Webster in the 10th leg should be a wake up call to Lewis, and it seemed to have done just that. Webster misses double top to allow Lewis in to take double 10. A topsy turvy match again. More please ! Edited July 18, 2010 by DomDom
The Naitch
Another break of throw from Webby puts him 8-5 up ... Lewis is in real trouble.
The Naitch
Aidy has finally woken up ... a terrific 10 darter from him squares things up at 8-8.
