Sherlock is fine as a miniseries but if they tried to stretch it out it would be shit. I think Lucy Liu and JLM are top notch in it. It's the most contrived piece of shite I've ever seen (and that's just from the trailers). You can even imagine them putting Watson down as "ethnic woman" to bring in 'da figures. Pretty much agree - i quite like shows that flip about and play with the mythos of something.
