Oustanding way to end the season. No spoilers but a couple of HOLY SHIT moments, including the credits scene

Im saving 3hr+ a day travelling to and from Edinburgh, we usually do a car share so its one drive a week but thats out the window for the forseeable future. Likely to be 2 in a car at a time at most I think until things are close to back to normal WFH is ok , its saving me a shit ton of money from petrol and misc crap id buy in the office but its torture on the mind and you do start to feel a bit isolated at times if you are by yourself. We will never be back to the hours we did in the office and I dont think many office will be TBH. I do miss listening to the radio in the car winding down on the way home from work , its not quite the same turning the laptop off and moving into the living room to listen though. Will be interesting to see what happens when people start to go back , public transport will be a massive PITA for most and lots wont be able to take the car due to lack of parking especially in city centre locations or out at the Gyle in Edinburgh.

Enjoyed the film but felt it was way too rushed. The first act couldve been an entire film on them finding X going to Y to look for Z. Last 3 mins was very good although Im am not 100% convinced by the ending. 7/10 from me for this one. The rumoured MCU style films for KOTOR era Star Wars has me excited though

No mention of funding pulled for the academy, that's an entirely separate entity from Thistle so I would guess that it's still funded until explicitly stated.

Watched the lot today , absolutely brilliant. Ending is tremendous , dolphin and lobster bits I was pissing myself at . Gonna go read the source now

Rocketman. Really enjoyed this, wasn't that much into his music before I went but while being a bit of a light look at some of his madness it was really well done and taron Egerton has some voice on him. Solid 8/10

Someone in the Odeon at Springfield Quay in Glasgow got out the midnight showing and straight into the 03:45 showing, crazy mentalist... Mind you there was prob a few of them as the rest of us went home for sleep

Avengers endgame 10/10 just go see it.

Alita Battle Angel 8/10 Excellent effects let down by the story in the final 30 mins. First act is the best cyberpunk style film I have seen, loses its way a bit in the middle of the film though. If you have read the manga then it picks but from the first 4 collected books and picks most of the best bits. Need to see this in 3d on a huge screen, saw it at isense at odeon and was the best 3d I've seen.

Bohemian Rhapsody 8/10 Really enjoyed it, music was superb, the Live Aid build up and performance were the highlight for me. I think i was the only one in the cinema that picked up the line by Mike Myers character about headbanging and got a few looks when i started pishing myself

Enjoyed it , some WTF moments but that ending was great and unexpected.

So RX480 has a power issue, avoid like the plague until that is resolved. Been cases of the new card killing PCIE slots on motherboard , not many but a few to give concern. GTX1060 looks interesting, cut down to about 50% of a 1080 and looks like it will beat a RX480 for roughty the same price. Too many cards being released in too short a period to actually give a proper analysis on them 1070 would be the sweet spot in performance but the current £400+ prices are just too steep for me

Wait 2 weeks and see what the 480 looks like. Appears to be decent and better value than a 1070 or 1080

On par with winter soldier IMO. Probably RDJ best performance as Tony Stark.

Civil War Holy shit that was good. As good as or better than winter soldier IMO. Solid 9/10

Dolphins@Seattle was the one I wanted, gonna be difficult to get tickets since its Game 1 Will see what happens

Deadpool Excellent fun and surprisingly a much better film than I expected. 90 mins of action scenes,dick and fart jokes and some plot that you wont really care about coz you will be laughing too much. 9/10 , gets an extra point for Morena Baccarin getting them out

Did the first race won it , game hung. Restarted and stole some drugs then held up a few stores and got killed twice while doing it Killed a dude who had been on a bike and crashed so shot the fucker Could end up a complete sociopath from this I think

I think the Dolphins will be looking at the OT Watson or a TE for theri 2nd round pick. Really wouldnt be surprised to see them try move up by throwing in one of the 3rd round picks. Could try fleece Oakland again

Dolphins pick was way out of left field. Any trade up was expected to be for a LT. Good pick though from what I have been able to read about him. When is the 2nd round starting ? I'm fucked and will need some sleep
