Depends how young the boy is/when it happened/what country he was in whether he is in deep trouble. If he is over sixteen and it happened in UK after 2001 then he is golden but if it happened before 1994 and he was under 18 then its illegal.

Got a bit more done this weekend. I messed up with the height. The seating part is too high to put your feet on the ground comfortably. I may have to put a step running along the bottom.

An update on the seating area I'm doing.
Cleared the rest of the muck and started putting together the frame.
I know it's technically not gardening yet but there will be plants going in it and on it!

I left my top out in the garden for a couple of days and when I went to bring it in I noticed a bit of silk going up the sleeve.
It's a false widow and likely in a bad mood from losing some legs. My sheds and house are infested with them.

fwiw I'm not comfortable with it but the OP Throbber said he was about to be in deep trouble (he isnt). He has lost his job but I think he will be unapologetic and probably feels relieved it is out.
Another poster said he is "about to get away with it" ...again, no laws were broken so what's there to get away with?
