  1. Depends why you're going and for how long. Assuming a two week holiday and no work, then there is need for a VISA. You do need to complete some forms when you book the flights, and you do have to complete a visa waiver and Customs form on the plane. But that's it. If you're going for work, or for longer than 60 days, then there's a completely different story.

It's been a wee while since i looked at these in depth, but http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Laws_of_Armed_Conflict the laws of armed conflict help with the determinations of right wrong and terrorist. IF, and I admit it's a big IF, Hamas have been using civilians as cover, then they are all in the wrong and Israel are justified (which is different to right) in their course of action.
