  1. Either the portuguese investigation was flawed - surely everyone at that creche should have been identified and interviewed Or Someone has had a new recollection 5 years down the line based on 5 years worth of media attention. Of course I am sure his memory got better 5 years down the line and he is now correct. For me the Met investigation should have looked at all the scenarios - why havent they ruled out the portuguese theory etc.
  2. Gerry tonight said "he quickly learned it was pointless to blame themselves" These pair still show no remorse for at best gross neglect.
  3. So this guy just ignored the news for 5 years - seems likely. Did they not claim all the windows/doors were secure The 2 other children in the room? The public location of the room? Yes - Gerry referred to one tonight. Seems suss to me the appeal completely doesnt bother with witnesses such as this - they seem vital to the timeline.
  4. When you f**k off to portugal for a week and leave your children all under the age of 4 alone crying in a room as you get pissed and put keys in a bowl then yes.
  5. Did the witness confirm if the child was moving? Probably Gerry en-route to the body dump.
  6. The burglary is clearly a great lead. All good burglars just decide one night they don't fancy wallets, laptops, phones, cash and instead nick a 3 year old.
  7. Wow - the efits not exactly distinctive. I'd guess they will get given thousands of names.
  8. I am sure they just forgot to tell us about the witnesses confirming this happened......
  9. You forgot the fact that the older child had asked where her parents were as the younger children cried at night and they decided they still were going out.
  10. Has the Met's "meticolous" reinvesitgation actually considered any other scenarios. There is absolutely no proof she was abducted yet this seems to be the only scenario they are admitting. A few things stand out; 1) Why has it taken the 9.15pm man 5 years to come forward 2) How did they get in - is there any evidence of forced entry 3) If it was pre-planned why Maddy and why not one of the other children 4) No eye witness/evidence from anyone confirming the continued presence of all at the tapas bar nor the "30 minute" checks 5) If it is a peado ring is there any evidence of further crimes from them or did they all reform after Maddy.
  11. The 2nd Division is shite though and given he is pretty good with the ball and shooting if he can get the ball and beat a few men then top c it he wont have to run very much.
  12. How many seats did Nade need to accomodate his fat arse. Did he have his yellow Lamborghini?
  13. Interesting development in Nade is denying having signed for them
  14. Calum Elliot may as well sign for someone else too whilst he's at it.
  15. Portuguese Internatioal Gomez - Nuno Gomes? There seems to be a suspicous level of hearts links so far. Romanov!
  16. For any Livi fans that are interested hearts have sold Stephen Husband to blackpool for a nominal fee. Apparently we did offer him a new deal first but Blackpool decided to offer more hence the decision to take the fee.
  17. Confirmed on the Hearts website that the loan deal of Jonathon Brown has been extended until the end of the season. Stephen Husband has been recalled though. What the Livi boys thoughts on them? Husband looked a cracking player a while back but the loan doesnt seem to have been very sucessful. Bound to be involved in match day squads but does he have anything to offer? Quite surprised your keeping Brown given all our right backs are injured.
  18. Depending on what was said in this correspondence prior to the relegation even if Livi loose all their appeals they could have a strong civil claim against the SFL for damages based on actions taken on their representations. Really think the SFL need to back down now and save what face they can before Livi drag them into a troublesome and costly legal battle. Who will really loose out if they just get docked say 30 points? The only clear losers are Airdrie and Cowdenbeath and from what has been said Airdrie dont seem too bothered. A massive points deduction would be lesson enough to prevent any blatant breaches.
  19. Is the chairman in any way known to Rankine? Given both are former Dumbarton board members not infeasible. Although the SFA is as corrupt as any organisation you will find including the churches so shouldnt be a surprise.
  20. Livi will just offer celtic first shot at their kiddies and it will be appeal upheld
  21. Aye you must be gutted about staying up for the 2nd season running due to default.
  22. Not a Livi fans but an outside view 1) Any appeal I assume is based on the fact their was significant correspondence between the consortium and the SFL in which a rescue package was agreed based on 1st division football. The SFL then seem to have back tracked on this. Also fairness as they may well argue its a grossly unfair punishment 2) They feel it damages their appeals, also add in cost as they will need to proceed with a first division team and costs whether the results stand. At least this way thhey dont incur first division costs for third division games whilst they appeal. Being in the third division points deductions for non fulfilment wont mean much either. 3) If it was my club I would be quite happy for us to screw the rest over in every and any way possible. Why exactly did the SFL waste time on a rescue package etc for Livi to then relegate them anyway. I still think Livi if they push this all the way will at the least get a bit of retribution against people.
  23. Livi are welcome to pursue their appeals up to and including CAS if they want.
  24. Livi are quite right not to play until its sorted. They have first division players on first division appearence bonuses etc. If they play these need to be paid. Is this sustainable for the third division? especially if they do win. The SFL should have deducted a massive amount of points and left it at that as livi slowly dropped down the leagues. Now they feel obligated to stick by the decision. The fact the vote was 16-10 suggests that the negative appeal lot are just more vocal than the positive ones. If the SFA have any brains they will reverse the decisions and put a big points deduction in. Livi could then appeal to UEFA/CAS etc and you could find your division completely ruined or worst bankrupted as if you go ahead whilst appeals are pending and Livi win then the compensation could be massive. It took the Hearts/Webster stuff two years to reach the final appeal. You lot fancy two years worth of disruption or loss of earnings compo to livi and their players?
