The thought of a club that is evidenced to have cheated over a decade being allowed back in after liquidation is a slap in the face to the thousands of punters who pay and have paid thousands/millions to watch a game of football in good faith. It's reprehensible.

Correct. Some of the shite he spouted when Dundee went into administration was dreadful. They agreed a CVA, though. This debate is now a lightyear away from that with Rangers being liquidated.

Rangers are lying in the morgue, remember. The question now is, which company the share is transferred to? Is it The company behind Dundee, Dunfermline or a company that is borne from the carcass of a cheating and bigoted institution that has left the reputation of the SFA and SPL in tatters. Fairly simple really.

It might not matter to you because you haven't shelled out thousands of pounds following your club who were competing in a competition where the club winning everything was cheating.

This annoys me. When did Old Leeds or New Leeds play in the SPL?

It's a grey area but absolutely central to the argument. As far as the SPL are concerned this new company, who could have been anybody, will ask to have a dead company's share transferred over. That would constitute a new member club in my opinion. It's secondary to the moral argument, however. This cannot be approved for obvious integrity reasons. The entire future of the league hangs on it.

Rangers Football Club plc. do. What they don't have is a stadium, audited accounts and a future. To include them in a fixture list is preposterous.

Jim McColl needs to understand that we don't have the same blinkered opinion as him or the press. Rangers are dead, they're beyond saving. They're in the hospital morgue and the ward is now deciding who the spare bed goes to.
