  1. Good stuff Pars, proud to say myself and other Accies fans stuck a few quid in your collection buckets and at least had a very tiny bit in helping save your great club, All the best to the fans for the future, hope it all works out for you
  2. First time back here for many months. Cant believe this thread is still on the go. Its like the crowd still hanging about after a car crash when theres nothing more to see. Time to close the thread and move along. Its all about the football now. Im wondering what some of you will do now, Back into the real world for some of you.
  3. Glad to see Falkirk picking up a bit (just like the Accies) Both clubs in pretty similar positions in that they have to rely on a lot of youth . Youve got to admire Pressley and Reid for what they're trying to do and patience is a must from the fans. I know plenty of fans from both clubs wont agree with that but changing a manager isnt always going to chance your fortunes especially when money is too tight to invest in your squad. Not many clubs who changed manager from last season without decent investment in the squad are doing any better now. In many cases all changing manager does is leave even less money for players and wages. Just wish we could beat you buggers from time to time
  4. A positive mind is a healthy mind

  5. Which is exactly what i said would happen about 200 pages ago It's Rangers only option because the SFA really have them over a barrel ......Looks like Regan will pop up with a last minute winner
  6. I think the SFA will tell Rangers that they either accept the transfer ban or they'll be suspended.
  7. Forgive my stupidness but how can Green tell creditors he has 7million to spread between everyone which might work out at maybe 5, 6p in the pound when they don't even know how much they owe ? Next week they could be another 50 mill down
  8. Noticed Paul Stretford is supposedly one of Greens investors.....Football agent apparently and was banned for 18 months and fined 300 grand not so long ago Good luck Rangers
  9. It's obvious Rangers would be allowed to come back into the SPL. Doncaster won't say it but it's a total stitch up.
  10. SPL shi*bags.......Rangers will go into liquidation when the season finishes. The biggest problem then will be getting a newco set up before next season....I can't see that happening. So what happens then ? A season with an odd number of teams ? Bring in a new club ? Then Gers will need to buy another Scottish team to get back into the leagues. Who will the unlucky victims be ? Clyde, East Stirling etc ....It could be any of us.
  11. I'd vote them back in but with conditions....For a start get rid of the 11-1 voting system etc. The SPL needs Rangers but at the moment Rangers are weak and they need the help of the SPL clubs if they go into liquidation so kick them when they're down The 'other' clubs can change the face of the SPL here and with Rangers in a weak position it leaves Celtic vulnerable too. Be strong and demand change. It's the perfect opportunity to weaken the OF's grip on Scottish football.
  12. I'm never going to read through all these pages but for what it's worth, Livingston looked like a 3rd division side last Saturday when i saw them humped by Albion Rovers. They should fit right into the 3rd division no bother.
