No he doesn't. McGruther has said he will start liquidation proceedings today, then wind up the company and notify the SFL tomorrow. Once liquidation has started, I'm not sure how easy it is to pull a company back (if it can be done at all).

I think a decision is usually made on the day. Sometimes the hearing is a mere formality and the necessary is done within a matter of minutes.

They were relegated to Division 3, resigned then went bust.

But the companies have paid Livingston FC to ensure they are provided with electricity; Livingston FC have not done this, so it looks like fraud to me.

Is that not fraud?
