I got a 2kg piece of pork shoulder (cut in two) and it took around 7 hours to be spot on, just depends on what like the meat is though I think. I just check it every now n then and once the meat is falling apart to the touch I take it off.
As I said use whatever spices/seasoning you want, I then stick a jar of supermarket bbw sauce over the top and a wee bit water. Cook as above then remove from cooker, strip the fat off and break into wee bits.

Did the pulled pork last night and just had a mountain of it on two baguettes topped with spicy jalapeño cheddar. Was excellent!
I marinated it in fajita spice first with lashings of tabasco - highly recommend this if you like a spicy/smokey flavour rather than just bbq.

Not posted in here for a while...
Had a free £10 bet from Ladbrokes which I put on over 2.5 goals in the Spurs and Liverpool games yesterday, returned £22 and change. This plus the £3 odds I had in my account already on Man United (-1) tonight to return £41, looking decent so far at 2-0 after 23 minutes and United also hitting the woodwork.
Absolutely kicking myself that I never reinvested this in Bayern at 5/4. Baws.

And at £175 to get my car fixed Monday proved to be the most expensive game of 5s ever. Since I only played in order to make 10 players I'm sure you'll all agree that you're equally responsible and I'll collect the £17.50 from each of you for your share a week on Monday.
